4、 During the shutdown period, each responsible unit shall assign special personnel to take charge of the site safety, implement the system of leaders leading the shift, on duty, fire protection, etc., formulate emergency plans, do a good job in fire prevention, theft prevention, poisoning prevention, etc., and report to the construction administrative department of the project immediately in case of any emergency

In order to ensure the winter construction safety and quality safety, it is decided that the construction of the projects under construction in the city will be stopped in principle from January 13, 2021

2、 For major livelihood projects, safety production and emergency rescue tasks or other projects that really need to continue construction, feasible construction measures shall be formulated, construction application shall be submitted, and the construction unit shall report to the construction administrative department of the project for review, and the construction can be started after verification and approval
