[09] 10.1.4 the “preparation, review and approval” procedure must be followed when the organization design of temporary power engineering is prepared and changed, which shall be organized by electrical engineering technicians and implemented after being reviewed by relevant departments and approved by the technical director of the enterprise with legal personality

Relevant drawings shall be supplemented when the organization design of power utilization engineering is changed
