In order to ensure the safe construction of the continued project of Cili County’s drainage and waterlogging prevention comprehensive construction project, after studying and reporting to the people’s Government of Cili County for approval, the road sections below Lingyang road will be fully closed or semi closed in the near future The situation is as follows: (1) the section from railway station intersection to Hehua intersection (K2 + 000 ~ K2 + 100) is closed on the right side for 46 days from March 13, 2021 to April 27, 2021

(2) the section from Hehua intersection to the starting point of civil air defense project (K2 + 100 ~ K2 + 650) is totally closed for 93 days from March 13, 2021 to June 13, 2021

(3) for the connection section between the underground rainwater and sewage pipe network and the red flag canal of the civil air defense project, the end of the civil air defense project is 130m (K3 + 655 ~ K3 + 800) to the direction of Gucheng Road, the left and right sections are closed at the same time, and some carriageways and original auxiliary roads are closed, so as to ensure that the traffic guide width of the section is not less than 5m on each side, and the closing time is from 2021.3.13 to 2021.5.12 (a total of 61 days)

(4) the section from the red flag canal to the intersection of White House City (K3 + 800 ~ K4 + 150) is closed for 62 days from March 13, 2021 to May 13, 2021
