The person in charge of the quality inspection department of the construction unit shall sign and affix the official seal

If the project of the unit is completed jointly by the subcontractor and the general contractor, each construction unit shall be responsible for collecting, sorting out and filling in the quality inspection data involved by the unit, and sign in the column of filling in the form, and the person in charge of the quality inspection department of the general contractor shall sign and affix the official seal after review

Then submit it to the project supervision engineer of the unit for review, fill in the review opinions, sign and affix the official seal of the supervision unit

In the column of verification situation, the problems found in the verification shall be recorded, and the information completeness shall be described

The verification shall be carried out item by item in accordance with the requirements of construction specifications, evaluation standards and evaluation procedures of water conservancy and hydropower industry

The criteria for filling in the verification opinions

Complete: it means that the unit project can have complete technical data in quantity and content according to the requirements of point 4
.
Basically complete: refers to the type or quantity of the quality inspection data of the unit project is not perfect, but the existing data can still reflect that the structural safety and use function meet the design requirements
.
For the unit project which can not meet the requirement of “basically complete”, it is not qualified to assess the quality level of the unit project
