Closed area: from taibailou road in the south to Guhuai road in the north to Jinyu Road, taibailou Road, Hongxing Road, Huancheng North Road, Jihe Road, Changqing Road and Jinyu road in the east-west direction pass normally

Non construction personnel are not allowed to enter the closed area during the closed period

People along Guhuai road can pass through the temporary access road outside the closed area

Other passing vehicles can pass through Longhang Road, taibailou Road, Hongxing Road, Huancheng North Road, Weihe Road, Changqing Road, Jinyu road and other roads to bypass Jianshe Road, Communist Youth League Road, Huancheng West Road, ji’anqiao road and other north-south trunk roads in advance
