(2) If the winning candidate ranking first gives up winning the bid, fails to perform the contract due to force majeure, fails to submit the performance security in accordance with the requirements of the bidding documents, or is verified to have illegal acts affecting the winning results, which do not meet the conditions for winning the bid, the tenderee may determine other winning candidates as the winning bidder in order according to the list of winning candidates proposed by the bid evaluation committee, You can also invite bids again.

It is not allowed to take whether the bid price is close to the base bid price as the condition for winning the bid, nor to take the fact that the bid price exceeds the fluctuation range of the base bid price as the condition for rejecting the bid.
(6) The award of bids shall be completed within the period of validity of bids.
If the clarification and modification notice is sent less than 15 days from the bid deadline and affects the preparation of bid documents, the bid deadline shall be extended accordingly.

The bid winning candidates recommended by the bid evaluation committee shall be limited to one to three, and the order of arrangement shall be indicated.
