From the north end of the railway bridge to Tashi intersection in the south of Bashan Grand Theater, the isolated green belt between the original motor vehicle lane and the auxiliary road is abolished in this widening and reconstruction, and bus lanes, harbor bus stops and non motor vehicle lanes are added.
At present, the underground pipe network, subgrade and pavement works of the connecting line are basically completed, and the construction of bridge piers, bridges, bridge deck works and sidewalks across Wanjia River are also basically completed.
Meanwhile, due to the occupation of Wanjia River in bridge construction, dredging will be started after the Spring Festival in 2022.
It is a two-way two lane + sidewalk, of which the bridge is 52m long.
Bid section I starts from Tashi intersection in the south of Bashan Grand Theater and ends at the intersection of Fenghuang Avenue, with a length of 3.02 km.
The blackening and disease control of the carriageway of Jinlong Avenue (bid section I) has been lifted from traffic control and double width two-way traffic has been restored.
It is understood that after the bridge and connecting line across Wanjia River in Xinjin Street are opened to social vehicles, vehicles and pedestrians between the international new town and Tongjin international Jiayuan will no longer bypass Baita Road or Fenghuang Avenue, which will not only play an important role in improving the regional road network structure and improving the functions of municipal facilities, but also provide great convenience for citizens in the two areas.
It will be open to social vehicles before the Spring Festival in 2022.

Xinjin street is located in Xicheng area, adjacent to Jinlong Avenue in the East and zijinhua road in the West, As the west side of Wanjia river connects ZIJINGHUA Road, which is a new road, the whole street is separated into East and West sections by Wanjia River and is not connected to each other.
