The horticultural new village, Hongxia community, Hongxia Mingyuan, Hongxia Yayuan, Hubei Tourism Investment academy family Residential areas such as Huacheng, a famous school of Aijia, can cross Baishazhou avenue through the completed caijiazui overpass and Hongxia East overpass, and enter Hongxia village station from the ground floor.
After the project is completed, greening will be implemented according to the approved new greening design scheme.
The project is expected to be completed in August 2023.
The line starts from Hongxia village station, goes along the planned green space on the east side of Baishazhou avenue after leaving the station, passes through Wuhan Transportation Vocational College, Wuhan University of science and technology and Hubei University of traditional Chinese medicine, and ends at the South Third Ring station of line 5 (now the station of University of traditional Chinese Medicine).
In the future, our company will propose to the relevant municipal and district departments to add street crossing facilities of Baishazhou Avenue and improve the connection between bus and subway, so as to facilitate the surrounding residents to take the subway.
On December 29, 2021, Wuhan Municipal Bureau of landscape architecture and forestry issued the basic information on the pre approval publicity of the administrative licensing matters related to the greening relocation of the starting point adjustment project of rail transit line 5 (three sections): the starting point adjustment project of line 5 includes two stations and three sections: the starting point to Hongxia village station, Hongxia village station, Hongxia village station to University of science and technology station, Hongxia village station to University of science and technology station The section from University of science and technology station to the starting point of line 5 under construction is located between Huangjiahu West Road and Baishazhou Avenue (HUANGJIAHU Fifth Street to HUANGJIAHU Second Street), with a length of about 2.63 kilometers.
Now, as the main structure construction of the third section involves the relocation of the greening area between Huangjiahu West Road and Baishazhou Avenue (Hubei University of traditional Chinese Medicine – HUANGJIAHU Fifth Street), 1271 trees need to be transplanted and 134 Broussonetia papyrifera trees need to be cut down.
The starting point adjustment project of Wuhan Rail Transit Line 5 is located in Hongshan District.
There are caijiazui overpass and Hongxia East overpass at both ends of the station, which cross Baishazhou Avenue.
Two elevated stations, Hongxia village station and University of science and technology station, are set along the line.
The length of the line is about 2.61km, all of which are elevated lines.
