Circular of the Wenshan Municipal Bureau of housing and urban rural development on closing some urban roads and implementing the urban rainwater and sewage diversion transformation project in order to effectively solve the rainwater and sewage diversion transformation project and avoid the mixed flow of rainwater and sewage in Wenshan urban area into the Panlong River, causing water pollution in the Panlong River.
In order to ensure the safety of people’s lives and property and the smooth construction of the project, the following sections will be closed during the implementation of the project: first, at the intersection of Luofeng road and Xihua Road, the northwest half of Luofeng road will be closed for construction from May 27, 2022 to June 15, 2022.

5、 At the intersection of Jinshi road and Kaihua North Road, the road section is closed half way from May 27, 2022 to June 15, 2022.
