After graduating from Shenyang University of technology in July 2010, he has been working in China Railway 19th bureau group, engaged in the project management of subway civil construction in Beijing, and successively participated in the projects of bid 8 of Beijing Metro Line 9, bid 18 of line 14, bid 8 of phase III of line 8, bid 25 of line 16 and bid 14 of line 22.

I was disillusioned and felt that my future was hopeless.

Although I am still competent in the technical cadre post, the comprehensive quality required by the administrative management post is obviously not available.

When I first entered the workplace, I felt shallow on paper.

Like other new colleagues, I entered the “big work” for the first time in my construction career without warning and with vigour.
At that time, I thought that when the human body changes the cells of the whole body once every seven years, the sensory feelings are gone, and the experience is the precious wealth left behind.
I will be the chief engineer in five years and the project manager in eight years.
It was this kind of hard work that one year later, with the completion of the main project on schedule, I also grew into an all-round technician.
The surrounding area of the project is a shanty town, and the living facilities and working environment are very poor.
Growth means that you must re carve yourself, from thought to ability and quality, to IQ, EQ and even inverse quotient.
It was really hard to swallow the bitter fruit of failure.
