2、 Monitoring points and means of foundation pit excavation construction (I) strictly monitor the construction process, excavate according to the support setting out after construction, and control the excavation time to ensure the strength of the support structure.

(VI) review whether the foundation pit support monitoring plan conforms to the actual situation of the site, whether the surrounding control points meet the actual needs of the project, and whether the surrounding control and monitoring can meet the control requirements of the project.
(V) review the monitoring means of the construction organization design (or construction scheme) of the support engineering: decompose and demonstrate the construction organization design (or construction scheme), analyze its pertinence, rationality and operability, and focus on the key processes.

(III) water interception outside the foundation pit and drainage monitoring inside the foundation pit.
Monitoring means: review the qualification certificate, transportation permit, machine number certificate and other relevant data of the construction machinery and equipment of the support structure, and confirm that the construction machinery is in a normal state.
Monitoring means: further demonstrate and review the support design on the basis of preliminary demonstration, find out the key nodes in the support construction and supervision countermeasures, and ensure that the support engineering construction is effectively monitored by supervision.
In the project, the monitoring data of the control applied for inspection by the monitoring unit shall be reviewed every day.
1、 Scheme review and monitoring of support structure (I) review the qualification, equipment, previous project performance and personnel work license of the support engineering design contractor, determine the capacity of the contractor, and ensure that it meets the construction needs of the project.

During the detection period, the measurement supervision engineer of the Contractor shall retest and keep detailed records, and timely report abnormal changes to the director and the construction unit through the director, As the basis for further decision-making of foundation pit support.
(III) review the design, formulate supervision countermeasures, thoroughly understand the drawings, find out whether there are problems in the design, and formulate supervision countermeasures according to the drawings.
At present, most projects are accepted through bidding.
Monitoring means: be familiar with the drawings, digest the engineering survey report, understand in detail the geological characteristics of the project and the impact of soil quality on the support engineering, and focus on the support design requirements.
Those who are qualified are allowed to enter the site for use, and those who are unqualified are ordered to leave the site, select other materials, and then report for re examination until they are qualified.
Therefore, it is a routine procedure review in supervision, and only those who meet the qualification of bidding can be qualified.
