Closed section: the one-way line of Heping Road (Yan’an Road Lanjiang Bridge) section is closed in sections, with barriers on both sides of the road to the roadside trees, and pedestrians and non motor vehicles are allowed to pass on the sidewalk; Vehicles are allowed to pass through the underground parking lot of New Century and the underground parking lot of Sanjiang Building and the side exit of Heping Road.
