2、 Recommended scope The first batch of low-noise construction equipment is recommended to be earthwork machinery, specifically including roller (vibration, oscillation), roller (non vibration, non oscillation), crawler bulldozer, tire loader, tire excavator loader, grader, and excavator.
The provincial competent department of industry and information technology, together with the competent department of ecological environment and the relevant central enterprises, shall summarize and review the declaration submitted by the enterprises, and form recommendations.
3、 Basic Conditions Enterprises applying for low-noise construction equipment shall meet the following requirements: (1) No safety, environmental protection accidents or quality violations have occurred in the past three years, and they have not been included in the list of abnormal business operations or serious dishonesty entities; （2） The declared products shall be construction equipment for domestic sales; （3） Establish the noise management system and management system for construction equipment, and the declared product noise value is superior to the national standard (Noise Limits for Earth Moving Machinery GB16710-2010).
