● In the morning of January 7, the business center of the four companies organized a training meeting on the Template of Common Construction Performance Letters in the Hanbiyuan Project of the Green City All Games Village.
This training made the main management personnel of the project understand the significance of preparing the letter template and the importance of timely sending the construction performance letter, and made clear the direction of the next performance management work of each project under construction.
Wu Wubo required that during the performance of the project, various problems should be solved with legal thinking, letters should be sent timely and frequently, and evidence retention should be emphasized, so as to effectively avoid risks and ultimately achieve a win-win situation for both parties.
More than 20 business managers of each project under construction attended the meeting, and the training speaker was Wu Wubo, the director of the business center.
