It is understood that the Shizuishan Grand Bridge of Baotou – Yinchuan Railway has a total length of 39 kilometers.
As an important part of the national “eight vertical and eight horizontal” high-speed railway network, Baotou-Beijing high-speed railway channel can be formed after the whole line is open to traffic, and the Yinchuan-Beijing high-speed railway channel will be shortened from the current 18 hours to 5 hours.
The bridge uses 602 prefabricated box girders from the Shizuishan girder fabrication yard of Baotou – Yinchuan Railway Huiyin Project of China Railway 20th Bureau Group Co., Ltd.
Up to now, there are 196 remaining box girders erected, which are expected to be completed on July 15 this year.
On March 6, at the construction site of the Shizuishan Grand Bridge on the Baotou-Yinchuan Railway, large machinery was cooperating with the builders to speed up the progress of the project, and the Huinong-Shizuishan section of the Uma Expressway on the side formed a hot construction scene.
