The downstream ramps of Pipaping East Road (Yangtze River Second Bridge to Ruishangcheng Road Section) and Section 3 from Second Bridge to Beibin Avenue will be fully closed, and vehicles and pedestrians are prohibited from passing through.

Parking is prohibited on all sections of Beibin Avenue, Xingfu Road, Changjiang Second Bridge, and Beishan Avenue.
Heavy and medium-sized trucks are prohibited from passing through Beishan Avenue, Xingfu Road, and Yangtze River Second Bridge every day from 7:00 to 9:00, and from 17:00 to 19:00.

The direction of Xingfu Road from the north bridgehead of Yangtze River Second Bridge to the intersection of Taojiaping and Beishan Avenue from the intersection of Taojiaping to the direction of Yudong Garden are one-way traffic for social vehicles; A bus lane is set up on Beishan Avenue from the intersection of Yudong Huayuan Road, Taojiaping Road, and Xingfu Road to the north end of Erqiao North Bridge.
From 6:00 to 22:00 every day, only buses and buses with 9 or more seats are allowed to pass, and other vehicles are prohibited from passing.
