Article 3 Construction period agreement 3.1 The total calendar days of the contract period are 25 days, and the mobilization time is subject to Party A’s notice.
3.3 If the key process is delayed due to design change and Party A’s sample confirmation, which affects the construction period, Party A shall postpone the construction period accordingly after confirmation.

Article 6 Warranty Period and Performance Bond 6.1 The warranty period of this project is two years from the date of actual completion acceptance.

If Party B fails to deal with it within 48 hours after receiving the notice, Party A may entrust a third party to repair and replace it, and the cost shall be directly deducted from Party B’s warranty deposit.

The brand, model, parameters, specifications, quality and performance of the products must meet the requirements of Party A.
During the warranty period, if any quality problem occurs, Party B shall repair or replace it free of charge within 48 hours after receiving the notice from Party A.

Article 2 Documents Comprising the Contract 2.1 This Contract and the supplementary and amendment documents jointly signed by both parties during the implementation process; 2.2 Standards, design specifications and relevant technical drawings, documents and disclosure data of the Project; 2.3 Terms of the Contract; 2.4 Safety agreement signed by both parties; 2.5 Negotiation records, relevant bidding and tendering documents related to the Project.
7.4 The materials or products required for the construction of the project within the scope of the contract shall be purchased by Party B.
Article 8 Rights and Obligations of Party A 8.1 Before commencement, Party A shall make a written technical disclosure to Party B; 8.2 The site representative appointed by Party A shall be responsible for the performance of the contract and the supervision and inspection of the project quality and progress.
8.3 Party A is responsible for coordinating cross operation and Party A’s subcontractors to provide conditions for Party B’s construction.
3.2 If Party B fails to start work on schedule or stops work without reason, which affects the completion period, or causes quality accidents due to Party B, Party B shall bear all losses and responsibilities.
5.3 Payment of project funds: there is no advance payment, 95% of the project funds will be paid after the project is accepted and the completion acceptance data are submitted, and the remaining 5% of the project funds will be the quality guarantee money, which will be paid without interest after two years from the date of the completion acceptance.
Article 4 Engineering technical requirements 4.1 The ground shall be polished and leveled with the original reinforced concrete ground; 4.2 The finished high-strength rubber products shall be used to protect the collision angle; 4.3 The finished high-strength rubber products shall be used for the parking stop; 4.4 The material of lane markings, parking lot markings and ground guidance signs shall be hot-melt; 4.5 Road high strength rubber deceleration strips are used; 4.6 The sign shall be made of aluminum substrate ≥ 1.2mm, and the products shall be of national standard.
7.5 After the completion of the project, Party B shall notify Party A for acceptance, and the completion acceptance, handover and other procedures can be handled only after the acceptance is qualified.
7.2 The quality of the project is qualified according to the construction drawings and the current national construction and acceptance specifications.
After the construction drawings are reviewed and approved by the Technology Department, Party B must find the original design unit to seal them for approval and submit them to the Municipal Drawing Review Center for approval (the costs incurred shall be borne by Party B), and ensure that the construction drawings meet the filing requirements of the Municipal Housing Administration.
