After the self-inspection report is signed and confirmed by the project leader and the legal representative of the unit and sealed, the construction unit shall report the self-inspection before holiday construction to the safety supervision organization within 5 days before holiday construction.
If the self-inspection and rectification are qualified, and the construction site meets the safety production conditions necessary for holiday construction, the construction unit shall take the lead in writing the self-inspection report by the construction general contractor and the supervision unit.
（3） The shutdown report shall be signed and confirmed by the legal representatives of the construction unit, construction unit and supervision unit and stamped with the official seal of the unit.
The safety supervision organization can carry out differential random inspection according to the self-inspection before construction on holiday reported by the construction unit.
The county (city) and district construction competent departments and their subordinate safety supervision agencies, and the municipal safety supervision station shall conduct spot checks on the safety conditions of important areas and key projects before the shutdown.
（4） The construction general contractor shall publicize the project shutdown date, continuous shutdown days, and the management personnel on-duty list of the project department at a conspicuous position at the site gate.
（8） The construction unit shall take the lead in organizing the construction general contractor, the supervision unit and other responsible subjects to carry out self-inspection on the performance of the safety production management responsibility at the construction site, and shall timely rectify any potential safety hazard or management loophole found.
