In order to ensure the smooth construction and the safety and smoothness of the roads around the construction, it is decided to implement traffic control on the construction section of Binjiang Road in the central urban area in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China and other laws and regulations.
In order to alleviate the traffic congestion in the eastern section of Binjiang Road and further improve the quality and image of the city, according to the work arrangement of the municipal government, the construction of the inner ring road project of Binjiang Road in the central urban area (Cuiping section) will be started in the near future.
1、 Traffic control time: 00:00, January 26, 2023 – 24:00, December 31, 2023.
The traffic control content is to implement the road closed construction and prohibit the passage of motor vehicles, non-motor vehicles and pedestrians.
（3） Vehicles from the west area of the south bank to the north of the Yangtze River bypass Waijiang Road, Zhongba Bridge and Yinkun (Neiyi section) Expressway.

Relevant matters are hereby notified as follows.
The notice of the traffic police detachment of Yibin Public Security Bureau of the People’s Government of Cuiping District of Yibin City on the implementation of traffic control on the construction section of the inner ring road project of Binjiang Road in the central urban area.
4、 The vehicle detour route (I) is from the east area of the south bank to the north of the Yangtze River, and the vehicle detours through Xufu Road (or Yangtze River Avenue) and Caiyuantuo Yangtze River Bridge.
（2） Vehicles from Qixing Road, Yiwei Road, Yanpingba, Nanguang to the north of the Yangtze River bypass Yanpingba Yangtze River Bridge.
The east section of Binjiang Road in the central urban area of the traffic control area (from the intersection of Binjiang Road, Laoyifei Road to the traffic police brigade).
In case of violation of these regulations, the public security and traffic management department will impose punishment according to law.
During the traffic control period, please understand and cooperate with the public, consciously abide by the provisions of this notice, pedestrians and vehicles bypass other roads, and pass according to the on-site traffic management personnel and traffic signs.
