Driven pile, usually refers to the pile driven by hammer, is a pile foundation construction method of sinking prefabricated pile into the foundation by hammer
. 
This construction method is suitable for small pile diameter (generally less than 0.6m), and the foundation soil is plastic clay soil, sandy soil, silt, fine sand and loose gravel soil
. 
The following small series for you to introduce some safety precautions in the process of driving pile construction: (1) the pile machine operator should be trained and tested, and obtain the operation certificate before work
. 
(2) The construction site shall be leveled and solid
. 
There shall be no high-voltage line within 5m around the pile driver
. 
There shall be obvious signs or fences in the operation area
. 
No admittance is allowed
. 
(3) When moving the pile frame, the pile hammer should be put to the lowest position
. 
When moving, it should be slow, unified command, and there should be measures to prevent dumping
. 
(4) The wire rope of the windlass of the pile driver shall be lubricated to prevent dry friction, and the use and scrapping standards of the wire rope shall be in accordance with the specifications
. 
(5) Before operation, the pile driver should be checked to ensure that the equipment is in good condition, the bolts are tight and the safety device is effective
. 
(6) The electrical equipment of pile machine shall be well insulated and protected by grounding (or neutral connection)
. 
The power cable shall be retracted and put by special personnel and shall not be dragged and dropped anywhere
. 
(7) The precast concrete pile can be transported only when its strength reaches the design strength
. 
Pile stacking site shall be flat and solid, and measures shall be taken to prevent pile rolling
.
(8) The pile cap and liner must adapt to the pile type, pile frame and pile hammer
.
If there is any damage, it should be repaired or replaced in time
.
(9) When lifting and transferring driven piles, both ends of the pile body shall leave the ground at the same time
.
The pile body shall be stable and the lifting speed shall be uniform
.
It is strictly forbidden to pass under the lifted pile body
.
(10) When using the pile driver to lift the pile, the steel wire rope shall be bound firmly according to the specified lifting points, and the edges and corners shall be padded with sacks or straw bags
.
The pulling rope shall be tied on the pile and controlled by a special person, and the pile body shall not be lifted by deviation or long distance
.
(11) Before lifting the pile, the pile hammer should be lifted and fixed firmly
.
When lifting the precast concrete pile beyond 2.5m, the pile hammer should be dropped at the lower part, and the pile hammer can be lifted after lifting the pile
.
(12) During pile driving, the pile driving, pile hammer and pile center should be on the same axis
.
After pile insertion, the verticality of pile should be corrected in time
.
When the pile is more than 3m deep into the soil, it is strictly forbidden to use the pile driving machine to walk or rotate to correct the inclination of pile
.
(13) After the pile body is lifted off the ground, if the back of the pile frame is found to be tilted, the pile body shall be put down immediately, and the stability of the cable wind rope and ground anchor shall be checked
.
(14) It is strictly forbidden to lift pile, hammer, swing or walk at the same time
.
The operator is not allowed to leave the post when the pile machine is hoisted with pile or hammer
.
(15) During piling operation, the safety protection personnel must monitor 5m away from the center of the pile hammer, give early warning and take corresponding measures in case of any abnormality
.
(16) The hammering should not be eccentric, and the falling distance should be small at the beginning
.
In case of sudden increase of penetration, sudden inclination or displacement of pile body, serious damage of pile head, fracture of pile body and serious rebound of pile hammer, the hammering should be stopped and measures should be taken before the operation can be continued
.
(17) During operation, if the shutdown time is long, the pile hammer shall be dropped and padded, and it is strictly forbidden to suspend the pile hammer for maintenance
.
(18) In case of gale, thunderstorm, fog, snow and other severe weather, the operation shall be stopped
.
In order to prevent all kinds of accidents in the process of driving pile construction and ensure the construction safety, the construction unit must attach great importance to the safety training and education of the operators, so that the operators can predict the accident prone and high risk points in advance, and reduce the probability of accidents
.
