3、 Control measures: at the intersection of Baimiao road and Wuyi Road, and at the intersection of Baimiao road and yueyuehunan Road, vehicles in the north-south direction are not allowed to pass through the intersection, but can bypass Jiangshan Road, refinery Road, stadium lane and other roads

Two middle lanes are reserved in the direction of main road of Baimiao road at the two intersections, so vehicles can pass slowly
