On September 24, a video released by netizens on a short video platform showed that on Liuguhe bridge of Beijing Shenyang Expressway in Suizhong County, Huludao City, Liaoning Province, an engineering vehicle was dumping a large amount of powdered gray matter into Liugu River, raising bursts of dust during the dumping process.

After investigation, it was confirmed that the engineering vehicle maintaining the road on the expressway did not return to the operation site for treatment after cleaning the sediment and gravel on the test track, but dumped the sediment and gravel directly into Liugu River from the bridge.
