Since the construction of bridge piers began on April 24 this year, in order to ensure the smooth construction of 5 bridge piers and columns along the whole line, the project department has carried out scheme comparison and selection for many times, strictly controlled the entry of raw materials, optimized the best test proportion, made overall consideration, refined the division of responsibilities, ensured the comprehensive control of safety and quality, strictly adhered to various process flows, and closely cooperated with each other from the construction technical disclosure Starting with the processing and installation of reinforcement cage, formwork erection and adjustment of pier column, concrete pouring and other links, the on-site technical and safety personnel were arranged to monitor the whole process, carefully create a model project, and complete the construction tasks of all pier columns of the bridge with high quality and efficiency.
On the afternoon of October 31, the pouring of the last group of four piers of x151 bridge 12# pier on the main line of Suyu Shuyang section of Suzhou Lianyungang expressway was successfully completed, marking the successful completion of the construction task of 350 bridge piers in bid section 4 undertaken by China Railway seventh Bureau.
The project department will seize the golden season of construction, launch the “autumn offensive”, speed up the construction progress of bent cap and quickly complete the construction of bridge substructure, so as to provide a strong guarantee for the subsequent box girder erection and bridge deck system construction.
